Continuing his fight of letters with Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Saturday wrote a 13-page letter, calling on the governor to “dream of anarchy in the state” and his view of “constitutionally Accused of being “inseparable”.
