The Bharatiya Janata Party was only a political party and should not be ‘equaled with Hindus’, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh general secretary Suresh Bhaiyaji Joshi has said that ing Hindus can never be communal. ‘

Joshi, who was speaking on the second day of the two-day conference on the idea of RSS of India being held in Goa, is also referred to as ‘Hindutva’ as the soul of India, which if removed, Then the country will be left as a lifeless body.

“The Hindu is not the BJP, and opposing the BJP is not opposed to the Hindus. Joshi’s politics and the BJP should not be confused with the idea of a Hindu, “Joshi, while answering the question, said whether some Hindus opposing the present government” have become enemies of Hindus “.

“If Hindutva is removed, only the piece of land will remain. It is Hindutva that makes it a Hindu nation. People are saying that one day it will be a Hindu nation, I say that we are already a Hindu nation, the Sangh is there every day to strengthen it, “He said that Hindutva was a way of life. ‘

Joshi, who has questioned many issues, also said that the Sangh does not talk of equality of women, but believes that every section of society has a role.

“We do not talk about equality of women here. We believe that everyone has a role, children have a role, youth has a role, talents (geniuses) have a role, and women have a role. The responsibility of being a mother is huge and a father cannot fulfill that role. Bringing a generation is a huge task and only a woman-centered family can make a good role model, ”he replied.

Speaking on the current political climate, and especially in the context of increasing protests across the country seeking to ‘save the Constitution’, Joshi said it was not enough if one insisted on the rights given in the Constitution, but the list of responsibilities was equally important in the Constitution.
