The Green School, Abul Fazal Enclave, Jamia Nager, Okhla, New Delhi has been declared winner of the Green School Campus Award 2019-20 under bronze category.
The awards were presented yesterday during the International Conference on Sustainability at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
Out of 100 GSP submissions shortlisted from all across the Country.
9 Schools were declared winners. The Blue Bell International, Chennai and Tagore International, Saket, New Delhi were declared winners under Gold & Silver categories, respectively.
As you are aware, the Climate Reality founded by Noble Laureate and former US Vice President, Al Gore has taken up to catalyze a global solution to the climate crisis across every level of Society. The Climate Reality also runs the Green School Program In India.
The Green School Program works in all 6 areas of Mission Green; Air, Water, Energy, Food, Land & Waste. The Program helps in developing resource consciousness and the Green practices among the children.
