Ayodhya: leaders who failed to do, how judges did in one stroke

Every citizen of India must obey the decision given by the Supreme Court on the Ayodhya dispute. There is no question of buts in it. But if not today then tomorrow the decision will surely be meted out. I appreciated criticism may also be there.

In my opinion, the Supreme Court has done a great job. This is a very good decision. Today the five judges who gave this decision have faithfully performed their duty.

In today’s situation, no court, any judge or any panchayat could decide better than this. The discrepancies in the Allahabad High Court’s decision have been rectified.

The absurd recommendation, such as dividing the disputed land into three parts, was rejected and a solution was found in which all the parties would find a reason to be satisfied.

It can be said that there is a lot wrong with this decision. The title suit was the decision of the ownership of the land, not of faith. This was said by the previous Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

Then if it was a crime to demolish the Babri Masjid (disputed structure) why was this land not given to those who had the Masjid? If the Masjid site does not make any claim, then how happy is the land being given to them.

If the court had to decide the title suit then why did it discuss the faith? And there is a question as to why the court did not end the matter by deciding the ownership. Why did he direct the central government to build a trust under his supervision and get the outline of the temple constructed?

All of these questions are valid. But if the court were to be surrounded by these questions this time, then it might not have been decided.

The current Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Ranjan Gogoi, should be congratulated for having shown the courage to take this decision which has been held for tens of years.

The rest of the judges present in this bench with him deserve to be congratulated for the reason that they made the decision about which was the most controversial and which was followed by the most criticism and condemnation.

Here the story of Premchand remembers that dialogue of Panch Parmeshwar – so will you not speak of faith due to fear of spoilage?

The truth is that this case was going on for so many years. This decision had been held back for so many years because no one was willing to speak of faith for fear of spoiling. Especially those who held responsible positions in government and courts.

It became common that everyone wanted to keep this file in abeyance and kept trying all the time to keep the matter cold until retirement. And it has been successful so far.

Now what is faith, what is justice, has happened or not? This can be disputed and can last for a long time.

But one thing is clear. This bench of the Supreme Court has shown the religion of walking on the edge of the sword.

To be fair, he did not follow his religion, he has also calculated the disobedience of the remaining institutions of this democracy.
